Sending a parcel with a Itella courier

For every order with Itella courier, delivery label is generated at the time of purchase , which makes the package already prepaired for the Sender. After receiving a delivery label, you need to prepare a parcel, print delivery label (the courier cant accept shipment without delivery label). The courier will call to you using your contact phone number to arrive and pickup parcel.

Time of courier arrival to you, you have to manage with courier on the phone in advance.

The courier can arrive also next day or day after, since booking of pickup is still valid.
