Sending a package with Omniva

A package label with tracking ID is generated for each Omniva order at the time of purchase, which makes the package already prepaired for the Sender.

The parcel tracking code is visible in your account at Menu->Offers->Received offers->Deal->Order tab


How to send a parcel with an Omniva?

1. Pack the item. You can use Omniva recommendations at https://www.omniva.lv/public/files/S%C5%ABt%C4%ABjuma%20atbilsto%C5%A1a%20iepako%C5%A1ana_LV.pdf
2. The seller can print label by himself or print label at parcelmachine using the tracking ID of parcel.
3. Go to nearest Omniva parcel machine an scan printed label or print it entering a tracking ID. Insert a parcel to opened locker and close it.
4. If you indicated that selected locker is small, you can upgrade locker size by paying an extra amount using banking card. The cost of upgrade will be on your cost since buyer have already prepaid for shipping.
