Who pays for shipping?
When seller put an item for sale, he have to choose a preffered delivery method.
The buyer pays the shiping cost based on seller’s options.
HINT : If you are Seller, use as many shipping options as you can, the Buyer will choose which is more suit for him.
IMPORTANT :
If you a Seller and you have selected a Small package size, but your package size is Medium or Large, you have to pay extra, since Buyer have already prepaid for shipping and he have no idea which is real shipment size.
