Returning goods
The buyer has 48 hours from order receive a right for a return the goods to the seller. After 48 hours from order receiving there no possibility to return order.
If the buyer wish to return the goods, the must inform seller in chat sending a direct message asking for return purchased product.
There are several actions need to be done for success return:
- You have to inform seller with real reason for return the order (Item not as described, Item arrived damaged, Item not like on picture etc)
- Buyer and seller agree with themselves how item will be returned. Item should be shipped back within 3 working days. The buyer cover return cost and keep the shipping label as a proof of return.
- The seller cancel the deal after receiving back returned order and payment coming back to the buyer.
If the buyer and seller cannot agree between each other, we are asking to write us to live chat support or to support@geedie.com explaining a reason.
If the one of individuals’s are not communicating, The positive decision may be applied for a communicating individual.
