You have shipped a shipment with tracking ID, but it has not reached the Buyer, and with the tracking ID you can see that the package has not moved for several days and seems to have stopped?

The courier company confirmed that shipment is lost?

If Omniva or Itella confirms that your shipment is lost, you as the individual must claim a compensation for the lost package and then cancel the order in Geedie in order to return the money to the Buyer.

Geedie.lv is not responsible for provided delivery services from authorized couriers, since Geedie.lv just provide a delivery labels based on seller’s preffered delivery options.
